Release Description:
The notorious Swedish producer Samuel L Session has enjoyed a long running and consistent career as one of the forward-pushing fathers of the modern techno scene. After two heavy remixes of Len Fakis anthemic My Black Sheep back in 08, SLS returns to Figure with Inner City Dust.

Split into 4 parts, each exploring different, tensile areas of big room, encompassing sound, Part 1 sets the tone as a powerful, tumbling bass tone leads the track into a surging, metallic chamber of rising pressure. Trademark SLS fills and FX spill us into the action as the tension builds.

Part 2 holds this tension, and takes us into a dreamy, floating place with its pacy synth patterns and rising and falling percussion array, whisking us off into the smoke

More intense, abstract vibes meet us with Part 3, as a raw and uncompromising theme emerges. Acidic, tripping and unchained, its a defined moment in pure club energy!

Finally the floating, yet still totally bass-heavy tones of Part 4 reach our consciousness. Filtering and freaking around a central, dubbed synth theme its a great DJ tool and a perfect conclusion to the EP.
