With new Management under Integrity, a Publishing deal with the iconic Fabric, another season in Ibiza on the way as resident for the legendary Bora Bora and the launch of his new record label Dojo … 2009 is set to be Oliver Lang’s biggest year yet as he continues to blow the crowds away with his chunky, underground tech-house sound, combined with unrivalled enthusiasm that incinerates dancefloors the world over.
After a busy summer in 2008 playing daily for his Ibiza residency at Bora Bora as well as guest slots at Carl Cox at Space, Manumission at Amnesia and Moneypenny’s at the glamourous El Divino, Oliver returned to the UK bringing a piece of Ibiza with him as the new In Bed With Space tour resident! He continually plays for all the biggest nights and venues up and down the country, as well touring with dance label Azuli and playing for his monthly residency at Area 51 In his hometown of Manchester. Internationally Oliver continues to be in high demand the world over with regular tours of Australia, Asia and Brazil and dates throughout Europe where his versatile style keeps him at one with the crowd playing anything from his signature Bora Bora set of uplifting house right through to harder underground techno.
2009 is all about the tunes for Oliver. Following on from his production success last year with big room track “Bomb The Terrace” released on Azuli which also made it onto the legendary Space album, and receiving critical acclaim for his remix of the Ibiza Anthem Café Del Mar which was championed by the likes of Sasha, Oliver has spent January buried away in the studio churning out more weaponary to fire up dancefloors…. His collaborations with Whelan and Di Scala for tracks “Virgil” and “Persil” have been signed to Tiesto’s label Blackhole plus with several new solo works and big remixes in the pipeline the world will be hearing a lot from Oliver over the coming months…WATCH THIS SPACE!!!
